The apartments are nice and the rent is fairly cheap. Definitely worth more than it costs. The only downside is the distance from campus, but that doesn't matter too much because there is a bus stop right outside the leasing office.

Pretty chill. New appliances was pretty neat to get to replace that old white nasty appliances. Maintenance is good and quick when they are working.

Living here has been an over all pleasant experience! Not too many issues except the warm water runs out pretty fast 😠But we got new appliances and when ever we had any issues maintenance it was pretty quick to help!

While I do enjoy living here, the staff is not very good at communicating with the residents. They also do so many renovations at once which is really frustrating because we can’t use the study rooms or gyms for another two months, which is part of the reason I signed. Other than that, it is a good place to live & on a great bus route.

We are working hard to ensure all our residents will happy with all our new features and cannot wait to see what is in store for it!

Overall the experience has been mostly good. There’s been some issues with the contractors leaving messes, paint stains, trash, etc. We were also lied to when we were told one gym would stay open during renovations.
Howdy Clayton! Thank you for leaving us a review, we are sorry that you have not had the best experience here so far. The gyms are under renovation right now so that is why we were not capable to keep one open for an extended period of time. We want to ensure every amenity we have will remain open at the same time once our upgrades are complete. We did say we would keep one gym open as long as we could but we are hoping everything will be finished before August. We are keeping everyone updated as soon as we hear more information.
